Catering Information
Pickup, delivery, and full-service catering are available.
All large orders (exceeding $1000) require a $250.00 deposit to secure each date. This deposit will be credited towards the final bill. All deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled within 10 business days prior to the event. Deposits may be transferred to a new date, dependent on availability.
Orders must be placed at least 2 business days prior to the desired date. Orders exceeding $1000 or 50 people must be placed at least 5 business days prior to the desired date.
Orders placed on Sundays for pickup or delivery, require a minimum of $600 and an additional 10% service fee.
Catering orders are available to be prepared hot or cold, including re-heat instructions.
Order Guarantees
Final menu selections and quantities are due at least 2 business days prior to the event. Quantities cannot be reduced within 2 business days prior to the event but may be increased based on availability.
Final payment
Full payment is due at the time the order is placed. Joey’s accepts payment in the form of cash, cashier's check, or credit card.
Service charges and sales tax
A $25.00 delivery fee will be applied within a five (5) mile radius, and $35.00 will be applied between five (5) and ten (10) mile radius. Any greater distance will be determined at the time of ordering. All orders are subject to a standard 8% NYS Sales tax. Gratuity is not included in any delivery fees.
