Room Rental Fee
Sunday–Thursday: $300
Friday & Saturday: $400
Deposit
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit will be applied toward your final balance. All deposits are non-refundable if the event is cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event. Deposits may be transferred to a new date, depending on availability and if cancelled within 30 days prior to the original date.
Food & Beverage Minimums
Minimum food and beverage totals are required for all events
Sunday–Thursday: $1,000
Friday & Saturday: $1,500
*December Minimums:
Sunday–Thursday: $1,500
Friday & Saturday: $2,000
Gratuity, Administrative Fee & Sales Tax
All food and beverage charges are subject to a 20% gratuity, 4% administrative fee, and applicable New York State sales tax. The administrative fee is not a gratuity and is retained by Joey's Party House.
Final Guest Count & Menu Selections
Final menu selections are due 2 weeks prior to your event. Final guest count and all À La Carte entrée selections are due 1 week prior to your event. Final payment is also due 1 week prior to the event.
Decorating / Damages
JOEY'S ALLOWS GUESTS TO DECORATE NO EARLIER THAN ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE EVENT START TIME. WE PROHIBIT ANY SORT OF ADHESIVE TAPE, TACKS, GLITTER, POTTED PLANTS, AND/OR CONFETTI/BALLOONS WITH CONFETTI. ANY AND ALL DECORATIONS YOU BRING WITH YOU MUST BE TAKEN HOME WITH YOU AT THE END OF THE EVENT. WE DO NOT ALLOW DROP OFF OR PICKUP OF ANY DECOR OUTSIDE OF YOUR DESIGNATED EVENT TIME. IF THIS RULE IS BROKEN, JOEY'S WILL AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE UP TO A $500 CLEAN UP OR REPAIR FEE.
